On Saturday, September 10, 2022, Erickson Metals Corporation kicked off the 50th Anniversary Celebration in Denver, Colorado. Attendees gathered in a private suite at Coors Field, home of the Colorado Rockies baseball team. The Colorado Rockies took on the Arizona Diamondbacks.
Erickson Metals Colorado team members and their guests were joined by Troy Erickson, EMC President, Robert Stiles, EMC VP of Operations, Marlyn Poznanski, EMC CFO and Jonathan Harper, Board of Directors Member.
Prior to first pitch, attendees mingled, swapped stories and memories of their time at EMC. President Erickson and others talked about the history of EMC and how the future looks bright with the second generation of EMC who continue the tradition of WHATEVER IT TAKES! Employees ranging from two months to thirty-six years of employment, all enjoyed dinner and snacks consisting of traditional ball park fare, hot dogs and hamburgers, as well as an “upgraded menu”, fajitas and BBQ pulled pork. Becky, our suite attendant, made sure everyone had refreshments as well as an enjoyable experience during the celebration.
At the top of the third and sixth innings, Erickson Metals Corporation was given a special “Rockies Salute” on the scoreboard. Before the conclusion of the celebration, attendees received a gift bag with EMC 50Th Anniversary commemorative items including t-shirts, cups, keychains and pens. With a great Rockies win, a good time was had by all. A big thank you to all who attended and help kick off EMCs 50th Anniversary Celebration!
